I LOVE ZUCCHINI - its creamy, soft flavour and smooth texture yum yum yum and yum - especially when paired with some smoked salmon, good cheese, fig jam and an egg sunny side up!

As a fig enthusiast i find this chunky fig jam from Harris Farm Market to die for - the jar is stuffed with whole figs and seeds galore.  Its good with bread but better with a good cheese. I think it goes for around $8 a jar, but id sell my soul for this stuff.
